Description: Sicilian mortadella with smoked flavour. 2kg format. Better rotation and freshness. The raw materials used are lean and fat trimmings from ham that have been marinated for at least 4 days and have been smoked naturally. Particular flavour obtained by combining the aforementioned raw materials with natural spices. Gluten-free, suitable for coeliacs. Free of the main allergens: milk and derivatives (also lactose-free), egg and soya.
